He now owns a boxing gym in Elmira and also is in the sneaker and clothing business. He is currently working with your up and coming young men and women fighters as a trainer.
"I am glad to be a part of the ABA and hope I can continue to change lives by giving opportunities to young men to play basketball," added Alston. "And I want to give the community a place to see professional talent and high level pro basketball for a reasonable price.
